Method Wizard

Although setting up a new method is straightforward, it can also be time consuming. The Method Wizard allows users to set up a new method quickly and easily using an existing method as a "Template" for the new method. The Instruments, Signals, and acquisition parameters of the template method are used as the basis for the new method.

The user can choose which signals from the "Template" method to include in the new method using familiar checkboxes:

The user can also easily specify whether the new method should generate pressure compensated, calibrated, and/or normalized results:

The method that is created by the Method Wizard can be used immediately for acquisition.
